This nymph pattern originated in the 80's by the hand of Gordon Frazer and was intended to resemble dragonfly larvae or small baitfish. Due to the buoyancy of the foam eyes this pattern can be offered ( using a sinking line ) close to the bottom of a lake or pond. This way the pattern will stay stationary at a fixed depth attracting fish that are looking down.
