The Jock Scott is a famous and classic Scottish salmon fly pattern. It originated in 1850 by the hands of John ( Jock ) Scott. Jock was born in Branxfolmes, Rocburgshire in 1817. This pattern is widely used in rivers and streams and is an excellent salmon fly.
